Preparation time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:

  • 1 avocado 
  • ½ cup coconut milk 
  • 3 tablespoons lime juice 
  • ¼ cup agave syrup  
  • ½ teaspoon ground matcha 
  • a pinch of salt 

Puree all the ingredients in a blender until smooth. Keep the mousse refrigerated in a closed container.
