Preparation time: 10 minutes + time for soaking (1-8 hours)

Chia pudding

  • ¼ cup chia seeds 
  • 1 cup almond mylk 
  • 1 tablespoon agave syrup 
  • ½ banana 
  • ½ teaspoon ground vanilla 
  • a pinch of salt 

Puree all the ingredients except the chia seeds in a blender until smooth. Pour the mixture over the chia seeds and let them soak for at least 1 hour to make the seeds expand. 

Raspberry syrup 

  • 1 cup frozen raspberries 

Blend the frozen raspberries until smooth. Add sweetener by choice. 


Serve the pudding in glasses and pour over the raspberry syrup. By choice, sprinkle a few whole raspberries on top.
