Preparation time: 25 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 beet, steamed and diced
  • Cauliflower mash
  • Tempeh, grilled

Cauliflower mash:

  • ½ head of cauliflower
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder 
  • 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Cut cauliflower into small florets and them for about 15 minutes.

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
