Preparation time: 30 min


  • 1 head of broccoli, cut into florets
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • olive oil
  • 2-3 cups water
  • salt and pepper to taste

Fry the onions in a pot with olive oil, add the broccoli and pour in the liquid. Season and cook for approximately 20 minutes or depending on the size of the broccoli florets. Finally, puree the soup and serve it in cups. 

By choice, decorate the top with young spinach leaves, sunflower seeds, black sesame and coconut flakes with smoked paprika.
