Homemade Mustard

  • 4 tablespoons mustard seeds
  • 6 tbsp mustard powder
  • 6 cups water
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp agave syrup

Soak the mustard seeds in water for 4 hours or overnight. Mix the remaining ingredients in a bowl and the soaked mustard seeds. Put the mustard in jars, close them well and store them in a fridge.
