Preparation time: 5 minutes

  • 1 litre of water 
  • A bunch of herbs of your choice (basil, mint, lemon balm) 
  • 5 tablespoons chia seeds 
  • Add-ins by choice (strawberries, cucumber, watermelon, melon, raspberries)

Pour water in any jar, add the chia seeds, herbs and add-ins of your choice. Wait until the chia seeds expand and then pour into a glass.
