Preparation time: 45 min

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups black beans, cooked
  • ½ cup corn
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ cup ground oat flakes
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika

Fry onions in a pan, add ¾ of the beans and fry some more. Transfer to a bowl and mash. Season, add corn and flour. Mix everything well. Shape rolls or small patties from the mixture. Brush them with a little oil and bake them in the oven at 180 degrees, 20 minutes (turn them in the meantime). 

If there are leftover balls, freeze them for the next time.
