Preparation time: 30 min


  • 300 g young potatoes
  • 1 shallot, cut into quarters
  • a bunch of thyme
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • olive oil
  • ¼ cup olives
  • ¼ red pepper, cubed

Wash the potatoes, add the spices and put them on a baking tray with the shallots. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes (depending on the size). 

Sprinkle the roast potatoes with olives and red pepper.
