Preparation time: 20 minutes

  • ½ cup red quinoa 
  • 1 cup almond mylk 
  • pinch of vanilla powder 
  • pinch of salt 
  • ¼ cup coconut flakes

Cook the quinoa in almond mylk for about 15 minutes. Add salt, vanilla, and coconut flakes, then stir thoroughly. Serve in a bowl and sprinkle with toasted coconut flakes.
