Preparation time: 20 minutes


  • Arugula
  • Red cabbage, roughly chopped
  • Red grapefruit
  • Walnut chevre
  • Sunfloweseed dressing

Walnut chevre

  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Blend all ingredients until smooth and thick consistency.

Sunflowerseed dressing

  • ½ cup sunflower seeds
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ cup water (dependes on how thick you want your dressing)

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. If you add less water, this dressing can also be used as a spread.
