Preparation Time: 15 minutes
- 1 cup fresh coconut meat
- 1 cup coconut / plain water or plant milk
- ½ cup peanut butter
- ¼ cup birch sweetener (or of your choice)
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- ¼ bar of a small dark chocolate (or of your choice)
Puree all the ingredients except the dark chocolate in a blender. Pour the mixture into a cup, mix in the broken-up chocolate by hand and put everything in a freezer for at least a few hours to let it solidify.
