Preparation Time: 15 minutes


  • 1 cup fresh coconut meat
  • 1 cup coconut / plain water or plant milk
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • ¼ cup birch sweetener (or of your choice)
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • ¼ bar of a small dark chocolate (or of your choice)

Puree all the ingredients except the dark chocolate in a blender. Pour the mixture into a cup, mix in the broken-up chocolate by hand and put everything in a freezer for at least a few hours to let it solidify.
