Preparation time: 20 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 peach, cut into wedges 
  • 1 apricot, cut into wedges 
  • ¼ papaya, sliced 

Tahini Sauce

  • 4 tablespoons tahini 
  • 2 tablespoons agave syrup or to taste 
  • juice from 1 lemon 
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract 
  • a pinch of salt 

Puree all the ingredients in a blender. Mix in a bowl and enjoy.
