Preparation time: 15 min

Ingredients:

  • cooked pasta of your choice
  • young spinach
  • a pinch of cayenne pepper, to sprinkle on top
  • cashew cream sauce
  • 1 cup cashews
  • ½ cup pine nuts
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 cup water
  • ¼ cup yeast flakes
  • ½ tsp ground turmeric
  • a pinch of cayenne pepper
  • salt and pepper to taste

Puree all the ingredients in a blender until smooth, and pour over the cooked pasta. Finally, mix the baby spinach into the dish.
