Dough
Preparation time: 20 min + proofing
- 3 cups flour
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 pack dry yeast
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup warm water
Knead the dough from the ingredients by hand or with a mixer. Proof the dough for at least 30 minutes or let it double its volume. Divide into 3 parts and shape circles for the pizza from them.
Tomato sauce
Preparation time: 20 min
- 2 cups tomato paste
- ½ red onion, chopped
- 1 tsp sugar
- a pinch of oregano
- salt and pepper to taste
- olive oil
Fry the onions in a pan with olive oil, add tomato paste, season and cook over small heat for 20 minutes.
- Toppings: sauce, dry tomatoes, olives, raw feta cheese
- Toppings: green pesto, baked cherry tomatoes, raw cheese, walnuts
