AYATANA is a young company built by a team of lovers of kombucha, fermentation and good, but above all local food.
We aim to develop and produce fermented products the way they should be: slowly fermented, made from the best ingredients (certified organic, seasonal and local), traditionally brewed. With no artificial additives, no shortcuts, no lowering the quality at the expense of faster or cheaper production.
We want to become synonymous with uncompromising quality and innovation.
